My strawberry easy pudding recipe is very popular and even my darling pampers me by saying “I think this dessert should be called Arzu, as beautiful and sweet as you”. If you also want to give happiness to your loved ones, this is my easy pudding recipe you can try.

I used strawberries because of the season, but you can also choose different options such as apricot, banana, kiwi. With the ingredients I give, 5 bowls of desserts are available, you can reduce or increase the ingredients according to the need.

1 liter milk

1 glass of granulated sugar

5 tablespoons of flour

2 tablespoons of margarine or butter

1 cup strawberries

Hazelnut or walnut kernels

Preparation of,

We wash the strawberries thoroughly, pull them in a food processor and puree them, and keep it aside to add to our custard.

We take flour, sugar and milk in a medium-sized pot and cook it over medium heat, stirring constantly with a whisk. When the consistency of the pudding starts to thicken, we boil it in a stone and take the pot off the stove.

We add plain pudding to the half of our bowls slightly moistened with water. We add strawberry puree to the remaining pudding in the pot and mix it well. We divide over the plain pudding in bowls. We decorate with hazelnuts or walnuts and serve.
