Chia seed contains vegetable protein, dietary fibers, calcium, omega It is a very useful food with 3 fats… It is accepted as “super food” by the nutrition authorities. I often make practical recipes with chia seeds, and I nourish myself well while saving time. At the end of the day, we all know that “Mind is a reflection of the body. ” When we learn to eat healthy in mind, it reflects on our bodies.
So how do I make a strawberry smoothie with chia seeds?
Our main ingredients Strawberry, chia seeds and yogurt… But actually, I make additions that totally depend on my taste. Sometimes I use coconut milk, sometimes I add cocoa or oatmeal. You can also experiment with new ones. Now, I share my favorite recipe step by step:
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons of yogurt
- 10 strawberries
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 tea glass of water
- I mix all the ingredients in the blender bottle.
- I put it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, the ingredients in the chia seed content become active.
- I take it out of the cupboard at the end of 10 minutes.
- I blend it with a blender until I get a smooth consistency.
Here, the strawberry smoothie recipe with Chia seeds is ready! I drink it at breakfast, midday snack or 15 minutes before sports.
