I love Turkish coffee very much because: it instantly energizes, facilitates losing weight, it is the symbol of friendly conversations, it is our cultural heritage… Every Friday, I make myself foamy Turkish coffee, think about what happened in my life and write my dreams in my notebook. Carefully wait for the coffee to froth, keep an eye on it so that it does not overflow and spill on the stove. During this waiting period, you can think of your dreams or what you will do the next day, like I did.

When the Turkish coffee froths in the pot, take it from the stove immediately and pour half the coffee into the pot. (This is called stealing foam.) Put the walnut back on the stove and hold it until a very light bubble comes out. But be careful, you will never boil the coffee because then Turkish coffee will burn and taste bad. Yes, now slowly pour the remaining coffee into the cup, and the foamy Turkish coffee is ready!
