You must have made the rice and bulgur pilaf, so have you tried the barley noodle pilaf? Give a very tasty and new recipe for your family and loved ones, make them happy!

Materials,

  • 1 cup of barley noodle
  • 2 glasses of hot water
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tea glass of tulum cheese
  • Salt, black pepper, chili pepper according to your taste

Key point: You can use curd cheese or grated parmesan cheese according to your taste.

Preparation of,

  1. Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces. Put it in a rice cooker with the butter and fry until the color changes slightly.
  2. Add olive oil and barley vermicelli and fry until the color of the noodles turn brown.
