The human condition can spoil the diet. However, with my easily made make-up soup recipe, you can immediately pick up your diet and continue where you left off. Which way? The right way to your dream body and weight! So let’s start!

Our main ingredient in the soup is red lentils. Because it contains vegetable protein and keeps it full and helps burn fat. Also, it is good for the intestinal system as it contains dietary fibers. You can safely make this soup both during the diet regimen and during the weight stagnation period.

Garlic, onion and parsley help to remove edema and cleanse toxins in the body. I carefully selected all the ingredients, it turned out the perfect recipe for diet compensation.

Materials,

  • 1 tea glass of red lentils
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 cloves medium size garlic
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • 1 liter of hot water
  • 1 tablespoon less salt tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • One teaspoon each of chili pepper, cumin, black pepper, dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon of powder if you have it at home ginger

Preparation of,

  1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic and put in a pot.
  2. Wash the red lentils and parsley well and add to the pot.
  3. Spices, olive oilAdd hot water and tomato paste and mix well.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the lentils are soft.
  5. When the soup is cooked, bring it to a smooth consistency by removing it from the stove and pulling it with a hand blender.
