Preparation: Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Peel the skins of the potatoes and cut them small and thin. Put in the pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cook for 10-15 minutes over medium heat. Add the grated garlic, finely chopped scallions, salt and black pepper and cook for 1 more minute. Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Add half of the tomatoes and cheese and add over the potatoes. Cook on low heat with the lid closed. Meanwhile, add finely chopped parsley, salt and lemon juice to the remaining tomatoes and mix. Take the omelet from the pan and slice it. Add the tomatoes you have prepared on it and serve hot.

Ingredients: 85 grams of bread crumbs, 200 grams of boiled corn, 350 grams of canned tuna, 25 grams of grated cheddar cheese, 1 red pepper, 3 scallions, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, Salt, Black pepper, Red pepper 4 hamburger buns, 4 leaves curly For serving: Salsa sauce

Preparation: Pull bread crumbs and tuna in a food processor and transfer to a large bowl. Add corn, red pepper, finely chopped scallions, salt, black pepper, chili peppers, egg and grated cheese and knead. Leave the mixture in the freezer for 15 minutes. Divide the mixture into four equal parts and prepare flat, round patties. Leave it in the freezer for 15 minutes. Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the meatballs until golden brown. Place the curls in the hamburger buns and add the meatballs. Pour salsa sauce and serve hot.

When it starts to boil, add the coarsely chopped spinach, cook for 3-5 minutes more and remove from the stove. Take the chicken meat in an oven dish and cook it for another 25-30 minutes until it is browned at 175 degrees.
