Pumpkin soup
Ingredients: 2 zucchini, 25 g butter, 1 tablespoon flour, 500 ml milk, 500 ml water, Half a bunch of dill, For Salt Topping: 20 g butter or vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon red chili pepper
Preparation: Wash the courgettes. Peel and finely grate. Melt the butter in a pot. Add the flour and fry it until it turns slightly yellow. Mix the milk with water and slowly add to the flour while continuing to mix. When it starts to boil, add the grated courgettes. Cook for 15 minutes on low heat. After you take it from the stove, add the dill finely and add it to the soup. In a small pan, melt the oil and add red chili pepper. Put the soup into the serving bowls. Serve hot by pouring pepper oil on it and sprinkling chopped dill.
Potato Omelette
Ingredients: 4 tablespoons olive oil, 3 potatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 scallions, 2 tomatoes, Half a cup of crumbled feta cheese, 6 eggs, Salt, Black Pepper, Parsley, 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation: Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Peel the skins of the potatoes and cut them small and thin. Put in the pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cook for 10-15 minutes over medium heat. Add the grated garlic, finely chopped scallions, salt and black pepper and cook for 1 more minute. Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Add half of the tomatoes and cheese and add over the potatoes. Cook on low heat with the lid closed. Meanwhile, add finely chopped parsley, salt and lemon juice to the remaining tomatoes and mix. Take the omelet from the pan and slice it. Add the tomatoes you have prepared on it and serve hot.
Tuna hamburger
Ingredients: 85 grams of bread crumbs, 200 grams of boiled corn, 350 grams of canned tuna, 25 grams of grated cheddar cheese, 1 red pepper, 3 scallions, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, Salt, Black pepper, Red pepper 4 hamburger buns, 4 leaves curly For serving: Salsa sauce
Preparation: Pull bread crumbs and tuna in a food processor and transfer to a large bowl. Butter chicken with lemon
