Lavash pastry

I took a lavash into the pan and heated it over low heat. Meanwhile, I peeled a tomato, diced it and spread it on one side of the lavash. I covered the pan and continued to cook until the tomatoes were soft. I chopped plenty of parsley, mixed it with a thin slice of feta cheese, and sprinkled the mixture over the tomatoes in the lavash. I folded the lavash in half, sprinkle some water on it and continued cooking. I turned the other side and sprinkled some water and continued to cook. I put it on a serving plate and let it rest for a while, then sliced it and ate it with pleasure.
