For flu treatment at home with food good for flu you can make soup. Dietician Emre Uzun shares a soup recipe that strengthens the immune system and helps cure flu. You can safely try, drink the soup throughout the day and get rid of the flu.

Materials,

  • 1 cup white cabbage
  • 1 small broccoli
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 6 glasses of water
  • Chili, cumin, black pepper according to your taste

Preparation of,

  1. Cut the broccoli, carrots, onions, garlic, cabbage and ginger into small pieces.
  2. In a deep saucepan, take the chopped vegetables, water, tomato paste and spices.
  3. Cook over medium heat until all vegetables are soft.
  4. After the soup is cooked, remove it from the stove and use the hand blender to pull the soup.
  5. Add lemon juice and salt according to your taste and drink it with pleasure.
