When we talk about face, we are talking about a very complex structure. Changes occur at different levels over the years in many layers, from the bone skeleton to the muscles, soft tissues and skin. This leads to the formation of the elderly facial pathology. Therefore, the fact that multifactorial features are responsible for its formation and that it has a very complex anatomical structure makes facial plastic surgery more difficult than other plastic surgeries.
Our face is evaluated from the forehead hairline to the neck area with different topographic regions such as forehead, temple, around the eyes, mid-face, lower face and neck region.
