You can prepare a delicious orange meal with celery, one of the healthiest vegetables of the winter season. As it is a recipe with olive oil, celery with orange will stay fresh for three days. - 3 carrots
- 1 potato
- 1 quince
- 2 large size celery
- 1 sugar cube
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 2 glasses of orange juice
- 1 tea glass of water at room temperature
Keep in mind: If olive oil dishes are kept in the refrigerator overnight, it will be more delicious.
Preparation of,
- Peel and chop the celery, quince, onion, potato and carrot.
- Take the olive oil in a flat saucepan, add the carrots and onions and fry.
