Cabbage Sauteed with Vegetables Recipe:


Kale is a very good cleanser, when sautéed with vegetables it turns into a real health store! Black cabbage sauteed recipe with vegetables is on for your health!

Materials,

5-6 cups of chopped kale

2 teaspoons of olive oil

Any spices you want, such as cumin, ginger

Any vegetables you want, such as carrots and zucchini

Preparation of,

Chop the carrots, zucchini and black cabbage and put them in a pan, add 2 teaspoons of olive oil and saute. Add the spices and mix before removing from the stove.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want, you can add a handful of walnuts, almonds and peanuts.
