The fireplace, which began in the building under construction, rapidly unfold.
Smoke engulfed the higher half of the building.
A big quantity of firefighters and police groups have been dispatched to the scene.
Workers in the building have been evacuated.

Police groups took in depth safety measures in the encircling space.
The roads main to the building have been closed to site visitors.
Whereas the firefighters’ response to the hearth continued, the police launched an investigation into the incident.
