Russia struck the Kharkov area of Ukraine.
Kharkov Governor Oleh Synegubov stated in an announcement that at (*15*) 15 civilians had been killed within the bombardment of Kharkov by the Russian military.

Synegubov said that 6 civilians misplaced their lives in and round Kharkov metropolis, 6 individuals died in Chuhuiv, about 40 kilometers southeast of Kharkov, and three civilians died in Zolochiv, 40 kilometers northwest of Kharkov.
