Thyme sauce
Take half a cup of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, a pinch of chopped fresh mint, a pinch of fresh thyme, a teaspoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 10 drops of warm water into the sauce pan. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 3 cloves of garlic in a pan. Add 10 finely chopped mushrooms, fry. Add 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 teaspoon granulated sugar, 1 grated tomato and 1 glass of tomato juice. Cook until it reaches the consistency of sauce. Add dill and color. Ready to serve.
