Pineapple is among the fruits that have found a place in our kitchens in recent years and it is possible to catch different tastes with it. Here is a wonderful cake recipe that you can offer to your loved ones for afternoon tea.
Materials,
- 3 eggs
- 1 glass of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of sunflower oil
- 1 glass of yoghurt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1 coffee cup brown sugar
- 5 slices of canned pineapple
- Candied cherry
Preparation of,
- Grease the bottom of the springform cake tin and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Place the pineapple slices in a single row in the cake mold.
- To prepare the cake batter, beat the egg and sugar well.
- Add the oil, yoghurt, flour, vanilla and baking powder and continue whisking.
- Pour the dough into the cake mold and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
- Take the baked cake out of the oven and let stand for 5 minutes at room temperature.
- Turn the cake over on a serving plate and place the cherry candies in the middle of the pineapple.
- Slice and serve.
