Natural Remedies for Hemorrhoids

About half of the population in Western countries suffer from a lifespan due to hemorrhoids (clumps) caused by inflammation of the spongy tissue layer that extends from the anus and contains many veins. As long as hemorrhoids do not progress much, it is possible to prevent and relieve them by feeding them properly.

What is a hemorrhoid?

Hemorrhoids can be inside the anal canal (inside the anus) or outside and then felt as lumps or small balls around the anus. Sagging hemorrhoids come out of the anus. Symptoms include pain, itching, and bleeding when going to the toilet. If there is a large hemorrhoid in the anus, it can cause severe pain.

It is divided into internal and external hemorrhoids. Internal hemorrhoids develop in the anus and when you have a large toilet you will feel bleeding and pain. There are external hemorrhoids around the anus. In general, it prevents you from walking, laughing, sitting and many activities that we cannot count.

What causes hemorrhoids?

Hemorrhoids usually have excessive pressure on the veins of the anus due to the effort made to push the solid toilet out in the case of constipation, resulting in dilation and swelling of the veins. Also, constipation makes existing hemorrhoids worse as the hard stool puts pressure on the enlarged and swollen vessels as they pass.

Hemorrhoids are common during pregnancy and soon after birth. You’re more likely to develop hemorrhoids if you are obese, have poor mobility, or eat a diet low in fiber and rich in processed foods.
