1 tea glass of milk
1 cup of red lentils
6 glasses of water
2 tablespoons of rice
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Preparation of,
Peel the onion and garlic and cut into medium size. Wash and drain the rice and lentils well. Mix the lentils, rice, garlic, onion, water in the soup pot. Cook for about 25 minutes over medium heat. Take the pot off the stove and pull it out with a hand blender to get a smooth consistency. Add the milk to the soup, take the pot back to the stove and boil it for a while.
In a small pan, heat the spices in olive oil (being careful not to burn) and add to the soup and mix well.
