US State Division Spokesperson Ned Worth made a written assertion relating to the telephone name between Secretary of State Antony Blinken and his Ukrainian counterpart Dmitro Kuleba.

In the assertion, “Minister Blinken reaffirmed his unwavering dedication to Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity in the face of Russia’s continued aggression in the Donbas and Crimea.” assertion was included.
In accordance to the assertion, Blinken expressed his concern about the stress in japanese Ukraine and supplied his condolences for the Ukrainian troopers who misplaced their lives.
