Delicious buckwheat vicious recipe


Buckwheat is an extremely healthy food with its vegetable protein and dietary fiber content. If you want, you can continue your diet with taste, or you can prepare delicious and healthy buckwheat vicious for your guests.

Materials,

  • 1 tea glass buckwheat
  • 3 tea glasses of water at room temperature
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves of medium garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of red paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 3 scallions
  • 5 sprigs of parsley

For the sauce,

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt to your taste

Preparation of,

  1. Take the buckwheat in a pot with water, boil it until it is soft and strain.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic and put in a small pan.
  3. Add olive oil and tomato paste on it and fry it with cumin, chili pepper and black pepper over medium heat.
  4. Cut the tomatoes, parsley and spring onion into small pieces while keeping it aside to cool.
  5. Mix the lemon juice, salt, boiled buckwheat, roasted onions in a deep bowl.
  6. Divide in bowls and serve.
