- 1 tea glass buckwheat
- 3 tea glasses of water at room temperature

Preparation of,
- Take the buckwheat in a pot with water, boil it until it is soft and strain.
- Peel the onion and garlic and put in a small pan.
- Add olive oil and tomato paste on it and fry it with cumin, chili pepper and black pepper over medium heat.
- Cut the tomatoes, parsley and spring onion into small pieces while keeping it aside to cool.
- Mix the lemon juice, salt, boiled buckwheat, roasted onions in a deep bowl.
- Divide in bowls and serve.
