CARD HOLDERS USING RUSSIAN BANKS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRANSACTION
Binance introduced that cardholders utilizing sanctioned Russian banks will be unable to transact on the platform.
The cryptocurrency change confirmed in a press release that the entry of those that have been sanctioned was restricted.
