Gloria Chavez, El Paso Border Safety Chief, “I used to be shocked when these smugglers brutally kicked harmless children over the 4.5-metre border barrier final night time. If it weren’t for the thermal cameras, the children wouldn’t have been detected. And the two brothers may have been in peril of dying.” stated.
On the different hand, the US-Mexico border is watched 24 hours a day by wires, partitions, safety cameras, thermal cameras and hundreds of border patrol employees.
