Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and Kartepe Women’s Membership organized a march to react to violence towards girls.
Through the stroll among the many animals dwelling in the Kartepe Uzuntarla Recreation Space and dwelling in their pure habitats, residents carried banners that learn “Cease Violence Against Ladies”, “Ladies carry half the sky” and “No to violence towards girls”.
HIGHER THAN MUNICIPALITIES
Union of Turkish World Municipalities (TDBB) and Kocaeli Metropolitan Mayor İbrahim Karaosmanoğlu, Chairman of the GNAT Equal Alternative Fee and AK Get together Kocaeli Deputy Radiye Sezer Katırcıoğlu, Kartepe Mayor Hüseyin Üzülmez and NGO representatives, in addition to residents, largely girls, participated in the march.
In his assertion right here, Karaosmanoğlu emphasised the significance of performing for a wholesome life and congratulated the ladies taking part in the march on the upcoming 8 March Worldwide Women’s Day.
