Resulting from Russia’s assaults on Ukraine, the European Union (EU) took one other sanction determination and closed the European airspace to Russian planes.

NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER GREEK AIRSPACE

Following the choice, Aeroflot Airways’ passenger airplane taking off from Moscow and going to Verona, Italy, was not allowed to enter Greek airspace.
