My milk broccoli soup recipe:


One of my favorite soups broccoli soup with milk. Especially, I do it once a week during the winter season. It protects against diseases, warms us in cold weather, keeps us full for a long time and helps to lose weight. Now, enjoyed by your tasters and cooked for years broccoli soup with milk I am sharing my recipe. When you prepare it by paying attention to the tips, you will get a perfect soup.

Materials,

  • Half a kilo broccoli
  • 1 liter of hot water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 teeth garlic
  • Black pepper, chili pepper, salt, cumin according to your taste

Preparation of,

  1. Add the onion and garlic skins and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Melt the butter and olive oil in the soup pot.
  3. Add the chopped onion and garlic on it and fry it over medium heat until it changes color.
  4. Add the flour to the pot, stirring constantly, and fry it with onion and garlic.
  5. Gradually add a liter of hot water to the soup and stir constantly.
  6. Wash the broccoli, cut it into small pieces and add to the soup.
  7. Cook over medium heat until the broccoli are soft, stirring occasionally.
  8. Slowly add a glass of milk to the pot and bring to a boil.
  9. Get a smooth consistency by removing the soup from the stove and pulling it with the help of a hand blender.
  10. Add black pepper, chili pepper, salt, cumin and mix according to your taste.
