- Half a kilo broccoli
- 1 liter of hot water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 3 teeth garlic
- Black pepper, chili pepper, salt, cumin according to your taste
Preparation of,
- Add the onion and garlic skins and cut them into small pieces.
- Melt the butter and olive oil in the soup pot.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic on it and fry it over medium heat until it changes color.
- Add the flour to the pot, stirring constantly, and fry it with onion and garlic.
- Gradually add a liter of hot water to the soup and stir constantly.
- Wash the broccoli, cut it into small pieces and add to the soup.
- Cook over medium heat until the broccoli are soft, stirring occasionally.
- Slowly add a glass of milk to the pot and bring to a boil.
- Get a smooth consistency by removing the soup from the stove and pulling it with the help of a hand blender.
- Add black pepper, chili pepper, salt, cumin and mix according to your taste.
