Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov answered the accusations of Western countries that Russia blocked grain shipments from Ukraine.

Peskov, “We completely don’t settle for these accusations. Quite the opposite, we blame Western countries for the actions that led to this.” He stated that Western countries prevented grain shipments with the sanctions they imposed.
20 tons of grain is saved on ships
In response to the UAV, Ukraine’s ports have been closed since Russia launched an assault on the nation in February, whereas 20 million tons of grain are saved on board the ships.
