The European Union (EU) is debating whether or not to proceed issuing visas to Russian residents.
No consensus has but been reached on this subject in Brussels.
Josep Borrell, EU Excessive Consultant for International Affairs and Safety Coverage, “I do not assume slicing ties with the Russian civilian inhabitants will assist.” stated.
Borrell cautious about visa
Borrell, “I do not assume this concept can have the required unanimity, both.” used the phrase.
Borrell, who chairs the conferences of EU overseas ministers, stated that he has the view that some Russians, equivalent to oligarchs, ought to rethink the way in which they receive visas.
“I am not in favor of stopping the issuance of visas to all Russians”
