- 3 eggs
- 50 grams of powdered sugar
- 100 grams of dark chocolate
- 100 grams of milk chocolate
- 200 grams of butter
- 40 grams of flour
- 25 grams of cocoa

Preparation of,
- Put the egg and powdered sugar in a deep bowl and beat them with a mixer.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler, add the butter and mix. Set aside to warm.
