Renaissance interval artist Michelangelo’s sketch, which emerged years later, was put up for sale in Paris, the capital of France, by the auction home Christie’s.

The work of the Italian artist was sold at auction for 23 million 162 thousand euros.
It was acknowledged that the work is a replica of the fresco “The Baptism of the Neophytes” Baptism of Neophytes by Italian painter Masaccio within the Brancacci chapel in Florence.
In accordance with the information of İHA, Michelangelo’s drawing, which was found years later in a French assortment, was final sold in 1907.
