Matt Damon was born on October 8, 1970 in Massachusetts, USA as the son of a real estate broker father and a child education professor mother. Damon’s mother, who is a child of a British family, is from Finland. He spent his childhood years with his mother and grandmother. His full name is Matthew Paige Damon. He graduated from Cambridge Rindge and Latin Department in 1988 for university education. He then started the Literature Department at Harvard Universty to study English. He left the department after 2 years and turned to acting.
