Hüseyin Ercan, who was stopped for management within the metropolis of Herford up to now months, was requested to be handcuffed with out giving any motive. Ercan, who resisted the police, was instantly attacked by the police. Pepper spray was sprayed in Ercan’s face from a brief distance.

Ercan, who was accused of attacking the police after the incident, was acquitted after the footage of the incident appeared within the case. An investigation has been launched against the police officers who attacked Turkish citizen Ercan.
