US Secretary of State Antony Blinken made statements concerning the tensions between Russia and Ukraine, as a visitor of the Meet the Press program introduced by Chuck Todd on NBC tv.

“THAT’S COST AND IT HAS CONSEQUENCES”
Blinken, “President Joe Biden is obvious on this. If Russia acts recklessly or aggressively, it would have a cost and a consequence.” used the phrase.
