UAE astronaut views Mecca and Medina from space


United Arab Emirates astronaut Sultan Neyadi, who served on the Worldwide Space Station, recorded Mecca and Medina from space.

United Arab Emirates astronaut Sultan Neyadi was despatched to the Worldwide Space Station on March 3 with the Crew 6 car of Elon Musk’s space agency SpaceX.

Neyadi, who will serve on the station for six months, shares the pictures and movies he took from space on his personal social media accounts.

Mecca and Medina from space

Sultan Neyadi recorded Mecca and Medina from space. Referring to King Salman bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia in his publish, the astronaut interpreted the pictures as “a present devoted to Salman’s kids”.

The video exhibits Mecca and Medina absolutely illuminated and shining brightly.

Neyadi, who would be the first Arab astronaut to carry out this mission by making a spacewalk on April 28, said that he’s proud to characterize his nation.
