Governor Abbott held a press convention about the taking pictures at an elementary school in the city of Uvalde, west of the metropolis of San Antanio.
In response to the information in AA, Abbott introduced that the attacker named Salvador Ramos, 18, was neutralized by the police who intervened in the incident.
