You should try this delicious recipe of damask dessert. A dessert made with semolina that we sometimes see at street vendors we can’t get enough of.
- 500 gr semolina
- 2 glasses of yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda (not essential)
- a few drops of lemon to squeeze into baking soda
- 1 packet of baking powder
For the sherbet:
- 4 glasses of water
- 4 cups sugar
- To apply on a few drops of lemon
- 1 spoonful of molasses
