Ingredients (for 4 people)

2 eggs

1 glass of water Milk

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

1 cup of oat bran

1 tablespoon of oatmeal

3 tablespoons of grape molasses

5 dried apricots

1 tablespoon dried blueberry

1 persimmon

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 packet of baking powder

Oat bran

Preparation of,

Chop the dried apricots into cubes and soak them in lukewarm water for 10 minutes. Put the egg, milk, oil in a deep bowl and mix well. Grate the persimmon and add it to the milky mixture along with the molasses. Add oat bran, paste, cinnamon and baking powder and mix. Filter the dried fruits and add them to the dough. Leave the dough for 10 minutes to allow the oat bran to rise.

Grease the cake molds or a medium-sized pan and divide the cake batter into the molds with a finger gap left. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
