Preparation of:
First set the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the madlen shaped cake molds. Then whisk the eggs, granulated sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla, and grated lemon zest to make the dough. Sift the flour and add it to the mixture. Pour the mixture into the molds. Spoon the butter and strawberries into the dough. Leave to bake in the oven. Then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
