Siron Recipe, One of the Oldest Tastes of Anatolia

Materials:
- 5 sheets of dough
- 2 pieces of meat bouillon
- 4 glasses of water
- 2 cups of yoghurt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
For the sauce:
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 4-5 tablespoons of vegetable oil
190-200 C 35-40 minutes cooked
