Russian forces kidnapped the mayor of Melitopol in Ukraine

As the struggle between Russia and Ukraine enters its seventeenth day, the resistance of the Ukrainians towards the Russian military continues.


In his publish on his Telegram account, Advisor to the Ministry of Inner Affairs of Ukraine Anton Gerashenko acknowledged that Melitopol Mayor Ivan Fedorov was kidnapped from the disaster middle in the occupied metropolis by 10 Russian troopers.


Noting that Fedorov didn’t comply with cooperate with the Russians, Gerashenko reported that the President was faraway from the constructing with a plastic bag on his head.

Positioned in japanese Ukraine, in the Zaporozhian Oblast, Melitopol was occupied by the Russians in the final days of February.
