Safety footage has emerged of the second of an assault by the Russian army, advancing in the direction of Kiev, on the Ukrainian metropolis of Kharkov on March 16.

Within the footage, the Russian army shoots civilians ready in line at a market. Whereas the civilians, who have been the goal of the Russian bombardment, have been stunned at what had occurred, it was seen that they fled after the explosion.
No assertion was made about whether or not there have been any useless or injured in the assault.
