Zamir Kabulov, Particular Envoy of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Afghanistan, made an announcement on Rossiya-1 state tv channel.

The Russian delegation had contacts with the Taliban administration in Afghanistan’s capital, Kabul, on March 24, and the Taliban said that they have been in favor of increasing cooperation with Moscow on account of these negotiations.
