The Russian warplane, which took off from the Hmeymim base in Syria’s Latakia province at 05:36 CEST, carried out an air assault on the villages of Yakubiye and Cudeyde within the west of Idlib.
7 individuals died, including 5 children
In accordance with the data obtained from the Idlib Civil Protection (White Helmets) officers, 7 individuals, including 5 children, had been killed and 13 injured within the air assault of the Russian aircraft on the Cudeyde village of Idlib.
They had been civilians fleeing the Assad regime
It was realized that those that misplaced their lives within the assault had been civilians who escaped from the assaults of the Bashar Assad regime and its supporters within the province of Hama and took shelter within the area.
Along with Christians, displaced households reside within the focused space.

On the Astana assembly in 2017, Turkey, Russia and Iran determined to create 4 “de-escalation zones” within the space not beneath the management of the Assad regime.
