Preparation of:
Fry the meat. Chop the peppers and carrots. Boil the peas. Fry the onions, peppers and carrots. Continue frying by adding peas, chopped dill, salt and pepper. Add the water and cook until it evaporates. Take the pilaf in the pot with the meat. Add hot water and open the bread dough from the width of the pan and place it on it. Make a hole in the dough for 30 minutes. Then use this dough as a serving plate, place the meats, pepper, carrots and rice on it and serve.
