Half a glass of rice bowl bulgur
1 glass of water Milk
Half a teaspoon of salt
1 cup yoghurt
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of grated orange peel
2 cups mixed forest fruit
Wash the bulgur with plenty of water and put it in a small pot.
Add salt and milk on it and mix.
Cook on medium heat until the bulgur is soft.
Take the bulgur out of the stove and let it cool.
Mix sugar, bulgur, yogurt and orange peel.
Put half of the forest fruits under the serving bowl.
Add the bulgur mixture on it and cover it with the remaining fruits.
