Fruit yogurt
Materials:
1 bowl full-fat yogurt

Fruit yoghurt, a light and fresh choice for snacks, is very easy to prepare. Add the fruits you want to 1 bowl of yogurt. If you want, you can add some honey and oats to the recipe. Fruit yogurt will help you stay full for a long time and help your digestive system work regularly.
Date balls
Materials:
- 1 cup dates (pits removed)
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds or flax seeds
- 2/3 cup gluten-free oatmeal
Fabrication:

Apple chips

- 4 medium apples
