The US Division of Protection (Pentagon) made a press release relating to the extraordinary exercise in Kabul after the Taliban.
Pentagon spokesman John Kirby stated they thought there have been 1000’s of Americans near the capital.
NUMBER OF AMERICANS NEAR KABUL
Chatting with CNN tv, Kirby stated: “We undoubtedly suppose there are 1000’s of Americans. We haven’t got a precise quantity. Near Kabul I’d say one of the best estimate is between 5,000 and 10,000.” stated.
Kirby famous that the State Division issued a message advising Americans on methods to queue up and get to the airport.
CALL TO GO TO THE AIRPORT
The Spokesperson directed all of the Americans ready in Afghanistan to the Hamid Karzai Worldwide Airport within the capital Kabul, “They’ll begin shifting to the airport to get their flight executed.” stated.
The Pentagon Spokesperson had beforehand reported that the evacuations from Kabul would final till August 31.
