First, start by preparing the sauce for the salad. Mix the lemon juice and olive oil. Add mustard sauce and salt and whisk. Cut the greens in large pieces. Add the cheese as you wish. Pour the sauce over the salad. After adding the cheese, raisins and nectar slices, you can roast the almonds in olive oil and put them on the salad.
