Mayor of Karbala metropolis within the south of Iraq, Abir al-Hafaci, was assassinated.
It was reported that Hafaci died as a result of the assassination.

In a written assertion from the Karbala Governor’s Workplace, it was acknowledged that Mayor Hafaci was attacked with an armed assault throughout his inspections relating to the demolition of unlawful constructions within the metropolis.
It was famous that it isn’t but recognized by whom or by whom the assault wherein Hafaci misplaced his life.
Within the assertion, it was additionally acknowledged that the police began an investigation within the space.
