European Union (EU) leaders met in France for an off-the-cuff 2-day summit on the fifteenth day of Russia’s assault on Ukraine.
The battle and its results had been mentioned at the assembly held at the Palace of Versailles in Paris.
Talking at the assembly, French President Emmanuel Macron touched upon the EU membership utility of the Ukrainian chief Zelensky.
