Legal age of marriage to be raised to 18 in England and Wales

The governments of England and Wales are going to regulate the authorized (*18*) age.

At the moment, 16- and 17-year-olds in these nations can marry with parental consent, however it’s said that this case is abused to pressure youngster (*18*).


In accordance to the information of the Guardian, in a letter despatched from the Ministry of Justice to non-governmental organizations that expressed their considerations in regards to the challenge, it was reported that the authorized age of (*18*) would be raised to 18.
