Half a bunch of fresh basil
2 glasses of couscous

Preparation of,
Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cubed meat in a large pot. Fry for 7-8 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the tomatoes that you peeled and cut into cubes on the meat. Sprinkle salt and pepper and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add 6 cups of hot water to it and stir it occasionally, cook until the meat is soft and remove from the stove. On the other hand, chop the onion thinly. Peel the aubergines, cut them into four lengths, cut them into cubes and soak them in salted water. Peel the courgettes and cut them in half or three. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan. Add the onions and the crushed garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the eggplant and zucchini that you have washed and strained and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, black pepper, cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, paprika and ginger and continue to fry. Add the lemon juice and peanuts. Transfer the cooked meat along with the broth on the vegetables. Cook over medium heat until it boils. When it boils, take it from the stove and leave it with the mouth closed. Boil the couscous to stay alive. Pass it through cold water and strain. Take it on a serving dish. Transfer the hot meaty mixture onto it. Garnish with finely chopped fresh basil and lemon slices and serve.
